The Brampton Valley Way, is an old railway track, running from Market Harborough to Northampton and back.  Its a traffic free route and is used by a wide variety of people; Dog Walkers, hikers, families, runners, cyclists amongst other things.   There are a few tunnels to go through so good quality front and rear lights are essential, a head torch is also really useful.  It can get quite muddy so wearing your smartest white trainers and top probs not the best idea.

We set off from the Sports Centre in Market Harborough, it's free to park there and only a short ride to pick up the route. For once it wasn't raining although it was cold.  We made our way through to the first tunnel, everyone stopped put on their lights and off we went, one of the group was getting anxious as they couldn't see anything and was struggling, it wasn't until we got to the end of the tunnel we realised she was still wearing her sunglasses  ๐Ÿ˜Ž and couldn't see anything ๐Ÿคญ glasses removed ๐Ÿ‘we were fine for a few more miles and the rest of the tunnels, we obviously needed to stop for haribo and on the way back we needed coffee๐Ÿต  and cake ๐Ÿฐ.   The great thing about this group is something always happens that is unexpected and fortunately is usually very funny.
