19 .7km & 175 m Ascent
So yesterday evening we docked in Kuciste, after the day we had, had we headed off to carb load & line our tummies. The food was excellent, for Tracy & Lucy it was Croatian style Chicken & chips, for me a burger & potato skins - we all agreed it was delicious & just what we needed, washed down with some nice wine. 👍
This morning we woke to calm water and sunshine ☀️ a lovely start to the day. At breakfast we had a chat from our guide. He explained that the weather forecast for the next few days is apparently pretty dire and most of the boats and ships will be port bound. This could change but they will have to wait for updates from the appropriate authorities. So we did a short ride out to one of the closest towns, to ensure we were back on the boat and headed back to Korcuka over lunch.
The town we went to was very pretty, along the route there were little inlets and beaches. The water 🚿 s so incredibly clear and clean, the Adriatic is stunning and if you have not been it is well worth a visit. The Islands are lovely. So now we are back on the boat and headed off.
